TRIBALI VILLAGE @ XFM MUSIC FESTIVAL
23rd July 06 .: Gianpula Fields :. Gates open at 6pm.
TRIBALI Live @ 9pm
The concept behind TRIBALI VILLAGE is to give an ethnic vibe to the festival.
VW CAMPERS
Re-live the nostalgia of the 60’s & 70’s with the Das Maltese Kruzers and
their various VW campers. Some of these groovy VW kombi vans have been around
since the 50's, with changes to the shape in the 60's and early 70's. Most
owners adapt their van according to their needs, be it for camping and leisure
or even as mobile shops. They might all look the same but take some time to
have a closer look and you may notice many differences as no two are the same,
plus they will sure put a smile on your face with their cheerful character!
ETHNIC MARKET
An extensive ethnic market with different items on display. Stalls will be
selling a variety of ethnic stuff like arts, crafts, jewellery and musical
instruments from India, Africa, Argentina and Asia, all provided by local
travelers.
ART
Meet artists and their creations. Live spray painting by Slovak artist Vlasto
and metal sculpture by local artist Pandolfino. There will also be face
painting, animation and drum circles.
